Sales Account Representative
ServiceMaster Restoration by Spotless is seeking an experienced and highly motivated sales professional to take us to the next level. The role involves managing relationships with current customers and referral sources while prospecting for additional revenue opportunities.
Consumer Services
Responsibilities
Territory and sales funnel management
Growing and nurturing the network to generate warm introductions
Communicating with referral sources and customers on job-related matters
Conducting monthly sales calls with existing referral sources and prospects
Presenting to prospective and existing customers
Holding job file reviews
Facilitating continuing education (CE) opportunities
Participating in and hosting networking and association events
Utilizing and maintaining activity in the company CRM
Qualification
Required
Must be an expert net worker who creates deep and meaningful connections
Ability to identify potential customers, engage decision-makers, and build a personal sales pipeline
A proactive connector who drives relationships and business growth
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Disciplined in documenting sales activity within the CRM or management system
Self-motivated, adaptable, and quick to learn new tools and technology
Willing to pivot and support customers in the field during property damage events
Preferred
Restoration or insurance industry experience preferred, but not required
