Provides executive leadership and operational oversight for all surgical and perioperative services across inpatient hospital settings and Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs)
Includes strategic planning, operational excellence, quality outcomes, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and workforce development across multiple care environments
Ensures seamless, high-quality surgical care while optimizing efficiency, market competitiveness, patient experience, and surgical program growth throughout the continuum
Qualification
Required
Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience, with prior experience in management level position with a major healthcare delivery system or with a healthcare consulting firm
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
RN with Master's degree in business preferred
Master's degree in business or health related field preferred
