Talent Sourcer Senior -- Mortgage

Responsibilities
Supports business objectives by providing proactive and creative solutions and processes for attracting and recruiting talent
Proactively designs sourcing strategies and solutions that that attract and recruit passive talent that meet current and future business needs and talent strategies
Uses various tools, technologies and strategies to source prospective job applicants
Manages candidates and prospects for effective pipeline generation
Gathers and reports out on talent sourcing data and competitive intelligence, including geographic, industry and labor market data to create a sourcing strategy aligned with business needs
Leverages HR technology resources to gather leads, assess qualifications, refer quality leads and support measurement on performance objectives, and build relationships with pipeline candidates
Leads effective strategic sourcing of diversified talent pools through consultation of line of business partners and HR representation
Manages and maintains relationships with external recruiting agencies when engaged to support sourcing activities
Maintains strategic relationships with the recruiters to ensure consistent messaging and implementation of the Talent Acquisition and Outreach strategy
Qualification
Required
Strong background in cold calling/blind outreach
Ability to incorporate various sourcing methods
High-level communication to partners and candidates
Proactive and creative solutions for attracting and recruiting talent
Designing sourcing strategies and solutions that attract and recruit passive talent
Using various tools, technologies and strategies to source prospective job applicants
Managing candidates and prospects for effective pipeline generation
Gathering and reporting on talent sourcing data and competitive intelligence
Leveraging HR technology resources to gather leads and assess qualifications
Building relationships with pipeline candidates
Leading effective strategic sourcing of diversified talent pools
Managing and maintaining relationships with external recruiting agencies

University/college degree
3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience
Comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered
