Responsibilities

Manage, build and grow sales teams focused on acquiring new Fortune 1000 clients and managing existing ones using consultative sales techniques
Develop and implement effective strategic acquisition and growth strategies
Execute national sales strategies that boost revenue and hold accountability for profit and loss
Conceptualize and create sales models, including hiring, onboarding, training, mentoring and leading sales teams
Secure national deals by creating compensation plans for potential local and national accounts
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to outline the acquisition and account management support functions
Develop the 90-day business plan strategy for the National Account module
Manage the Salesforce reports, project plans, business cases and travel forms

Required

Five or more years of experience managing Sales Managers
Ten or more years of experience directing multi-national or global sales organizations for a national telecommunications service provider
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Experience with database management
Understanding of PRI, VoIP, SIP, TDM, DS3, Ocn, Ethernet, managed services, private networks, MPLS and SaaS
Knowledge of equipment vendors
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Skills: Prospecting, negotiation, social selling and English communication skills
Able to establish a national network of C-level executives
Travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities
Valid driver's license
