Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a range of financial reports, models and forecasts to align operational and financial metrics
Assist with due diligence requests and generation of financial statements and documents
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Complete ad hoc analysis and reports on business operations
Analyze key company metrics, budgets, etc
Perform variance and trend analysis and provide variance explanations
Partner with key stakeholders to enhance benchmarking and dashboards (i.e. revenue cycle, business operations, accounting, data analytics , IT)
Facilitate the rolling forecast efforts and consolidate results for senior leadership
Participate in annual budget preparation, providing analytics that coordinate strategic planning efforts and annual budget
Identify and size risks and opportunities not reflected in forecasted/budgeted results
Participate in M & A activity including modeling, consolidation and financial statement reviews
Prepare reporting and presentation level output for additional information requests by senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst in an FP&A environment
Ability to translate complex financial data, verbally and graphically, to communicate with non-financial stakeholders and leaders
Polished presentation skills, both in preparing presentation materials and the ability to relay to senior leadership
Advanced/expert Excel skills including advanced financial formulas, modeling, enterprise reporting tools/data warehouses
Strong organization skills, attention to detail & the ability to follow through to resolve outstanding issues

Experience using ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP or similar
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum of Bachelors Degree in a financial related study and minimum of 3 years with accounting/financial analysis
Preferred
CPA or CMA
Experience with mergers and acquisitions
