This role involves handling sophisticated matters from inception through resolution, managing complex litigation files, drafting pleadings, and collaborating with partners on case strategies.

Managing complex litigation files (Class Action experience is a significant plus)
Drafting high-level pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs
Leading discovery, taking and defending depositions, and preparing for trial
Collaborating with partners on case strategy for high-profile clients

Qualification

Required

4-7 years of dedicated civil litigation experience
JD from an accredited law school and an active CA Bar license in good standing
Exceptional writing and oral advocacy skills
Ability to pivot between independent case management and collaborative team efforts
Experience managing complex litigation files
Experience drafting high-level pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs
Experience leading discovery, taking and defending depositions, and preparing for trial
Experience collaborating with partners on case strategy for high-profile clients
Class Action experience is a significant plus
