Integer Technologies is seeking a Director of Recruiting to build and execute their recruiting strategy for rapid growth. This role is responsible for the full-cycle recruiting function, ensuring the attraction and hiring of top-tier talent aligned with the company's mission and culture.

Defense & Space

Responsibilities

Own and execute Integer's talent acquisition strategy across all functions and locations
Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for technical, operational, and leadership roles
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, and employer branding
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver timely, high-quality hires
Develop recruiting processes, metrics, and reporting to continuously improve hiring outcomes
Manage external recruiters, agencies, and recruiting tools as needed
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from first touch through offer acceptance
Support onboarding handoff in coordination with the HR team
Champion Integer's culture and values throughout the recruiting process

Required

7+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, including leadership responsibility
Proven success hiring for technical, engineering, or highly specialized roles
Strong understanding of recruiting metrics, pipelines, and workforce planning
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred

Experience in defense, government contracting, or cleared recruiting is a plus
