Dive into high-stakes, complex litigation and provide strategic counsel to a diverse client base
Lead complex matters while mentoring the next generation of legal talent
Handle complex FEHA claims, Wage & Hour disputes, Class Actions, and PAGA litigation
Qualification
Required
7+ years of dedicated Labor & Employment law experience
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
Proven track record in complex litigation (PAGA/Class Action experience is highly valued)
Natural aptitude for mentoring junior associates
Drive to deliver excellence and contribute to the firm's growth
