Responsibilities

Analyze and monitor ongoing benefit plan performance, including financial modeling, budgeting, claim projections, benchmarking, and monthly reporting
Manage complex client accounts and projects, including premium equivalent calculations, regulatory fee calculations (e.g., PCORI), and stop-loss market reviews and renewals
Support client service delivery and new business efforts by leveraging financial tools, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with internal teams, carriers, and vendors

Required
