Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and validate large datasets generated by routers, switches, wireless systems, and other network devices
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify usage patterns, performance bottlenecks, and failure trends
Build dashboards, automated reports, and data visualizations to support product, engineering, and support teams
Translate technical data findings into clear, business-focused recommendations
Interpret data from routers, switches, and wireless controllers for analytics purposes
Assist in validating data accuracy related to network configurations and performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
2–4 years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role
Foundational understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
Routing & switching basics
Network performance metrics (latency, jitter, throughput, packet loss)
Proficiency in analytical tools such as Python, SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Ability to work with large datasets and perform statistical analysis
Strong problem‑solving, communication, and storytelling skills
