Responsibilities

Develop and utilize various business intelligence tools to establish and monitor metrics within Physician & Provider Recruitment (PPR)
Independently be responsible for leading and participating in special projects which could involve but are not limited to: Physician & APP workforce planning for multiple lines-of-business, creating, validating, and automating reports for PPR, performing deep dives on data trends for PPR analysis, auditing/monitoring the general ledger for recruitment cost centers, forecasting and other analytical functions, generating ad hoc reports, engaging with PPR team and key stakeholders through sharing of key insights, aiding project management function by identifying business needs, recommending solutions, and translating into clear, actionable documentation for teams
Use in-depth knowledge and experience to assist VP/AVP in monitoring, analyzing, and improving established metrics to assess overall recruitment performance
Analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes
Develop reporting needs to accommodate business deep dives into issues affecting operations
Provide technical support and in-depth knowledge assistance in partnership with Reporting/Analytics team
Enable forecasting hiring needs working with operations and PI where applicable
Assist with and establish budget directives
Audit and conduct quarterly incentive documentation to/from Salesforce database and ensure timely process of requests and finalized data to payroll for payout
Assist in monthly operating review (MOR) reporting to inform on PPR performance, align to strategic goals and identify opportunities for improvement
Establish regular, proactive reporting cadences that anticipate stakeholder needs
Interface and collaborate with other functional areas of the company as well as external vendors demonstrating effective communication skills
Use technical interpretation to understand customer data needs to provide appropriate insight on underlying business needs
Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders
Run detailed metric analysis recruitment reports for the HR leadership team and present findings to business leaders as requested
Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results
Analyze recruitment data to surface key metrics and performance trends, before they become issues, with subsequent deliverables & action plans
Audit and identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive) and work with stakeholders to implement
Serve as a critical connector between the CRM (e.g. Salesforce) development team and PPR leadership
Partner with CRM (e.g. Salesforce) developers and PPR leadership to identify inefficiencies and recommend system or workflow improvements
Gather project requirements from internal stakeholders (Marketing, GHR, Controllers, etc.) and external executives
Create documentation such as training guides, implementation plans, use cases, and UAT materials tailored to recruitment operations
Research and evaluate third-party applications (e.g. campaign reporting) that can outperform legacy tools
Translate stakeholder feedback into technical requirements for CRM (e.g. Salesforce) developers, including customization and report requests
Manage meeting logistics, email follow-ups, and action item tracking to keep initiatives on pace
Support other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in relevant work experience
General understanding of basic accounting principles
Proficiency in a scripting language (Python, Ruby, JavaScript, Visual Basic, etc.) with complex query writing and scripting
Strong SQL skills
Advanced Excel experience
