The role involves performing cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy while collaborating with various departments to support efficient material flow and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities
Perform regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
Maintain inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages, overages, and potential issues to management
Support receiving, stocking, and shipping activities as needed to ensure inventory is properly tracked
Assist with physical inventory counts and preparation for annual audits
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
Identify and recommend process improvements to strengthen inventory control and accuracy
Provide reporting and data analysis on inventory metrics as requested
Qualification
Required
