Mid LevelDelta Rising Foundation accelerates science-based systemic solutions as we evolve the art of sustainable culture. They are seeking two Development Managers to lead and own specific areas of development, including grants, partnerships, sponsorships, and service contracts.

Responsibilities
Lead grant strategy, including planning, tracking, and oversight (beyond writing alone)
Manage grant pipelines (mini, foundation, large, and state/federal)
Oversee grant compliance, reporting, and timelines
Develop corporate partnerships and sponsorships (for one of the two roles)
Support service contracts (e.g., workforce development contracts)
Contribute to revenue strategy for events, sales plans, and campaigns
Collaborate cross-functionally with programs, admin, and communications teams
Qualification
Required
Experience in grants, fundraising, or development work
Comfortable managing multiple funding streams simultaneously
Strong project management and communication skills
Proactive, organized, and mission-driven
Ownership mindset with the ability to take initiative
