Responsibilities
Lead customer meetings to present technical solutions and support sales engagements with clear communication
Conduct wireless network coverage analysis to identify opportunities and optimize solution design for customers
Assist in processing in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility and customer satisfaction
Design, architect, and recommend tailored solutions that align with customer business needs and technical requirements
Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and industry trends to support sales teams
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
Technical Leadership
Excellent oral and written communications; strong interpersonal skills
Ability to create and deliver technical presentations
Proficiency with business application software
Ability to provide strategic direction
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field
Certification: Industry Standard
