Responsibilities
Independently analyze and manage family law matters from intake through resolution
Draft, review, and supervise pleadings, motions, and legal strategy
Communicate directly with clients regarding case direction, risks, and options
Appear in court and handle hearings consistent with experience
Exercise professional judgment in deciding when to act independently and when to escalate issues
Support consistency and quality across cases and staff
Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to a collaborative firm culture
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active Ohio law license
3–5 years of litigation and/or family law experience
Strong legal writing and analytical skills
Demonstrated sound judgment, professionalism, and reliability
Interest in long-term involvement and leadership within the firm
