Responsibilities

Assist with maintaining and overseeing activities to protect information from unauthorized disclosure, including security inquiries, compliance assessments and implementation security controls
Assist with developing and executing integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
Assist with Internal Security Controls through performance of compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements
Assist with Administrative Inquiries (e.g., collects and analyzes data, writes reports and interviews) on personnel, processes and situations to determine level and scope of non-compliance with government and company regulations/requirements
Assist in the protection of government, intellectual, third party and company information from unauthorized disclosures
Develops, implements, and administers security education, procedures, and physical controls to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements on less complex programs
Assist in developing and conducting security awareness training and education program to educate, refresh, and motivate personnel to protect people, property and information

Required

1+ years of experience in Industrial Security
1+ years of experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: NISP, SAP and/or SCI
1+ years of experience working in a classified environment or handling classified material
Experience communicating with internal and external customers
Experience working in a cross-functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
Successful Candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict Of Interest (COI) assessment process
This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a 'U.S. Person' as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.62 is required. 'U.S. Person' includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Preferred

Bachelor's degree, military experience, or equivalent work experience
Experience working with 32 CFR Part 117 National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)
Experience working with Defense Information System for Security (DISS)
Experience working with Security Information Management Systems (SIMS) applications
