Program Manager Senior
NMSU Conference Services is dedicated to teaching, research, and public service, and they are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the development of innovative K-5 math micro-credential courses. This role involves strategic oversight of course development, managing project deliverables, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure quality professional learning for educators.

Responsibilities
Lead the research, design, and continuous improvement of K-5 mathematics micro-credential courses within the NUMeROS project
Provide strategic oversight of the development and revision of micro-credential coursework
Coordinate and supervise a course-writing team
Establish systems for course review and quality assurance
Manage specific project deliverables and timelines
Collaborate with the project Principal Investigators, the project director, consultants, and the funding provider
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree + 9 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree + 7 years of relevant experience
Master's degree or higher preferred
Preferred
A master's degree in education, mathematics, curriculum and instruction, or a related field is preferred
Demonstrated experience in professional learning design and facilitation
Experience in curriculum development
Experience in project management
At least five years of math teaching experience
Experience with online learning platforms (such as Canvas)
Experience with micro-credentials or competency-based professional learning models
