Conservation Legacy is dedicated to strengthening economic stability in Uniontown’s Main Street district through community development initiatives. The Community Development Coordinator will build organizational capacity and develop sustainable solutions to alleviate poverty by advancing downtown revitalization and supporting small business growth.

Responsibilities

Develop internal planning and project management tools to support Main Street revitalization initiatives

Create partnership mapping frameworks that document public- and private-sector stakeholders and collaboration structures

Develop internal documentation outlining coordination protocols, roles, and governance structures

Compile and maintain internal inventories of downtown real estate and historic commercial assets

Create research summaries and reference guides related to historic preservation and redevelopment planning

Develop internal business development planning tools that support entrepreneurship and innovation strategies

Create internal reporting templates for board documentation, annual planning, and organizational tracking

Develop systems for organizing staff-provided financial records and program documentation to support long-term operational efficiency

Living Allowance of $68.39 per day, disbursed every 2 weeks
