Building Discord bots & workflows to power our clipping and creator automation systems
Developing client-facing tools and dashboards (UI matters here)
Shipping features fast and iterating based on real usage
Working directly with leadership and creators to turn ideas into product
Helping shape the technical foundation of our next generation tools
Qualification
Required
Strong full-stack fundamentals (frontend + backend)
Experience building Discord bots / Discord APIs
Solid UI instincts — you care how things look and feel
Scrappy, self-directed, and comfortable with ambiguity
Someone early in their career who wants to learn fast and level up
You take pride in shipping, not just talking about it
