Project Coordinator

Swiss American CDMO is seeking a Project Coordinator to monitor and track critical tasks and deliverables across the organization. This role involves ensuring timely completion of projects, managing change control timelines, and facilitating communication among team members.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate due date tracking in Deacom ERP, Unipoint, and Asana
Monitor progress on assigned tasks and projects, ensuring adherence to timelines
Notify employees when deadlines are approaching or overdue
Escalate issues to managers when tasks are at risk of delay
Track due dates for change control processes and ensure timely completion
Collaborate with relevant departments to maintain compliance with internal procedures
Generate regular status reports on project timelines and overdue tasks
Identify patterns or recurring delays and recommend process improvements
Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliverables
Support project managers and department leads with scheduling and timeline management

Required

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred; or commensurate experience
2+ years in operations, project coordination, or similar role
Familiarity with ERP systems (Deacom preferred) and project management tools (Asana or similar)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general computer literacy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal capabilities
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on execution and results
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
High level of conscientiousness and attention to detail
Collaborative mindset with a willingness to step in and support other function when needed

Preferred

Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences
Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) tools
