Responsibilities
Lead effort and partner with ECI Owners and ECI SMEs to develop and maintain Restoral Plans, Restoral Test Plans, ECI Restoral Improvement Options
Lead effort and partner with ECI Owners and ECI SMEs to develop and maintain any required risk assessments
Lead/support routine reviews/updates of appropriate associated Procedures and templates
Provide QA support for other ECI Execution Teams - ECI Decision Tree Responses & Rational, ECI Restoral Plan, ECI Restoral Test Plans, ECI Restoral Improvement Options
Lead and coordinate routines to support delivery of large programs, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
Broaden relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk
Establish target outcomes in partnership with stakeholders and leaders
Track success metrics and provides status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, performance, risks, issues, and schedule
Collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
Ensure adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
