Responsibilities
Develop cloud-based, data-driven solutions
Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders
Contribute to key capabilities for Verint (WFM solution) and Telecom APIs
Represent the team as a subject matter expert for applications in our technical application portfolio
Participate in the on-call support rotation may be required
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 7 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications
The completion of a technical training program and 4 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology related field of study and 4 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications
Preferred
Strong expertise in C# .NET development (.NET Framework 4.8 and .NET 8.0), SQL Server, and Restful APIs
Proficient with AWS (S3), SFTP, SSIS and SQL Server Service Broker
Experience with version control system (TFS, GitHub, Git)
Proficiency in LEAN and Agile delivery principles (Kanban, AzDO/Git boards)
Extensive experience in IT Service Management with deep knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management
