Responsibilities
Code development in C++, C, Ada, and Assembly
Debugging using Green Hills Multi / AdaMulti tools
Target environments will be embedded MIPS and Power PC based flyable hardware as well as a simulated Solaris or Linux environment for desktop testing
Maintain code and documentation within established configuration management systems: GIT and Dimensions
Participate in Peer Reviews of documentation and code
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college
Experience with software development methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
Software code experience with one or more of the following: C++, C, C#, Java or Ada
Object-Oriented Design (OOD) software development experience
Experience using Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling tools to develop software
Basic Linux or Unix command knowledge
Software configuration tool experience
Must possess at minimum an Interim Secret Security Clearance
Must be able to obtain a Final Secret Security Clearance
Must be a US Citizen
Preferred
Avionics software familiarity: Fire Control, Stores Management or Heads-up Display
Software Integrated Development Environment (IDE) tool experience
Software code experience with Ada
Experience with developing F-16 or other USAF fighter aircraft avionics software
Software development and debugging using Green Hills IDE tools
Kennedy-Carter UML software modeling experience
GIT software development configuration experience
Rhapsody UML modeling experience
Software Requirements traceability database tool experience
Dimensions configuration management tool experience
