Provide excellent customer service to patients and families during the admissions process
Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate patient care
Verify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary authorizations
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and policies

National Certification of CHAAInsurance eligibilityMedical billing codes knowledge3 years Patient Access experienceEpic applications knowledgeMedical terminology utilizationAssociate's Degree in HealthcareAssociate's Degree in Business Administration

Preferred

Associate's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration
Upon hire: National Certification of CHAA
3 years experience in Patient Access of Business office setting
Experience with insurance eligibility systems
3 years Utilization of medical terminology in job setting
Knowledge in medical billing codes
1 year Knowledge of Epic applications
