Responsibilities
Coordinate and perform electrical equipment maintenance, installations and modifications according to applicable codes and regulations
Coordinate and perform testing of electrical systems as required by codes
Troubleshoot and analyze electrical problems
Assist contractors with locating and avoiding hidden electrical circuits
Perform and develop preventative maintenance measures for electrical equipment in compliance with applicable codes and standards to ensure operational readiness and performance
Work across multiple Cleveland Clinic locations as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED
Three years of experience as a fully qualified Electrician OR military experience as a Construction Electrician (CE), Engineman (EN), Interior Electrician (12R), Electrical Systems (3E0X1) or similar role
Experience with multi-phase systems of low and high voltage
Ability to read and comprehend blueprints
Knowledge of Microsoft software
Preferred
Certificate from an approved Electrical Apprenticeship Program or Trade School
