Mid, Senior LevelPillar Church is dedicated to fostering community and spiritual growth, and they are seeking an Associate Director | Video Producer to create high-quality video content for various platforms. This role involves storytelling through editing and design, collaborating with the Creative Team, and capturing video during church services and events.

Responsibilities
Edit long-form content such as sermons, testimonies, and teaching videos
Create short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and ads
Shape stories with strong pacing, emotion, and clarity
Maintain a consistent visual style aligned with Pillar’s brand
Create motion graphics and light animation (titles, lower thirds, on-screen text)
Support clarity and storytelling through strong typography and visual hierarchy
Elevate content with thoughtful, intentional design
Work closely with the Creative Team and Social Media Manager
Capture video during services, events, and ministry moments as needed
Prepare and organize assets for digital platforms and weekend services
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in video editing and storytelling
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
Motion graphics or animation experience (After Effects or equivalent)
Understanding of social-first content and platform pacing
Strong visual communication skills
Ability to collaborate, receive feedback, and grow
An up-to-date portfolio showcasing your recent work is required for consideration. Note: applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed
Preferred
Have experience creating content for churches, nonprofits, or mission-driven brands
Understand how content can guide people toward next steps
Care deeply about excellence, clarity, and purpose
