Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules to support global rollout activities
Build and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, integrations, and custom applications
Support the deployment of ServiceNow across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with global standards and local requirements
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring stability and performance during deployment phases
Assist with data migration, testing, documentation, and user acceptance activities
Provide onsite technical support to project teams and end users throughout the rollout lifecycle
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and security standards
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Background supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations or multi-region deployments
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules to support global rollout activities
Build and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, integrations, and custom applications
Support the deployment of ServiceNow across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with global standards and local requirements
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring stability and performance during deployment phases
Assist with data migration, testing, documentation, and user acceptance activities
Provide onsite technical support to project teams and end users throughout the rollout lifecycle
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and security standards
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow configuration tools
Experience with ITSM modules; additional experience with ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or custom apps is a plus
Ability to work onsite in Marysville, Ohio, for the full duration of the project
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications preferred (CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, etc.)
Experience working in manufacturing or automotive environments
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise project delivery frameworks
