Responsibilities
Perform process assessments using data and analytical tools to identify improvement opportunities
Support and lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and business process management methodologies
Conduct end-to-end process analysis and assist with future-state design in partnership with senior CI leaders
Develop and maintain Lean and Six Sigma training curriculum to support organizational capability building
Assist with managing and maintaining the standard operating procedures (SOP) library
Continuously build expertise in Lean tools, methodologies, and continuous improvement best practices
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience supporting business process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation initiatives
Hands-on experience managing or implementing an operating system or standardized process framework
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess workflows and identify improvement opportunities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
Lean or Six Sigma certification
Experience supporting training, curriculum development, or change adoption efforts
