Answering a volume of phone calls and/or making a volume of calls (in and outbound phone communication)
Processing orders, credits and/or returns
Preparing written correspondence
Fulfilling customers' needs
Interacting with vendors/clients
Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
Tracking orders and shipments of purchase orders

Required

Excellent data entry
Basic working knowledge of CRM systems and/or MS Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Verifiable and stable employment history of at least 1 year of related experience

Experience in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
