Responsibilities
Leading the design and execution of accessible, brand-aligned digital experiences across Zoom’s web ecosystem
Maintaining and evolving our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and inclusivity
Collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver engaging, high-performing web experiences
Applying responsive design and UX best practices to improve usability for all users
Creating digital assets that communicate Zoom’s value and drive engagement
Mentoring designers and fostering a collaborative, inclusive creative culture
Qualification
Required
Hold further education in Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent practical experience
Demonstrate experience designing digital experiences for web or SaaS environments with a robust, user-centered portfolio
Apply knowledge of responsive and inclusive design principles to create scalable systems
Use Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar tools) to deliver high-quality design assets
Communicate design rationale clearly and present work effectively to diverse stakeholders
Combine storytelling, branding, and visual design to create cohesive user experiences
Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies to inspire innovation
Provide mentorship and contribute to a culture of continuous learning
