Responsibilities
Operate machinery and equipment to produce pultruded products according to specifications
Set up machines and monitor the production process
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
Troubleshoot issues that arise during production
Perform routine maintenance on equipment
Keep glass racks full and perform basic pultrusion machine operations
Inspect finished products and set up saws to cut them to desired sizes
Qualification
Required
Experience in machine operation and general labor
Ability to lift 50 pounds multiple times during a shift
Proficiency in reading a tape measure down to a 1/16 inch
6 months of work history at the same job verified through references
