Contract Recruiter- HYBRID
RemX is partnering with a leading organization to identify a Contract Recruiter who will support a fast-paced hiring environment focused on entry-level sales positions. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruiting process while collaborating closely with internal teams and an external MSP partner to keep hiring activity moving efficiently.

Responsibilities
Own and manage a high volume of entry-level sales requisitions from initial intake through offer acceptance and pre-employment steps
Collaborate with hiring leaders to define hiring needs, establish recruiting approaches, and align on timelines and interview expectations
Proactively generate candidate pipelines using a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social platforms, referrals, outreach campaigns, and partnerships with educational and workforce organizations
Work closely with TA coordinators and MSP partners to ensure accurate job postings, smooth interview scheduling, candidate progression, and onboarding coordination
Monitor recruiting activity and provide regular updates on hiring progress, pipeline status, and key performance indicators
Identify inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements to improve recruiting outcomes and candidate experience
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of recruiting experience, with hands-on responsibility for full-cycle recruiting
Demonstrated success supporting high-volume hiring, preferably in sales or similar entry-level roles
Strong ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and standard office technology
Clear, professional communication skills and a service-oriented approach to working with candidates and hiring managers
Understanding of recruiting and onboarding compliance standards
