Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including order picking, packing, and shipping
Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and ensure accuracy of supply records
Lead and motivate warehouse staff, providing guidance and training as needed
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Collaborate with management to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency
On-call as needed to address urgent issues or support warehouse operations beyond scheduled hours

Required

High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, with a focus on order fulfillment and inventory management

Valid Texas Driver's License

Ability to work on-call and adapt to a flexible schedule
