InternCalgon Carbon Corporation is looking for a dynamic, motivated college student for their 2026 Internship program. The Engineering Intern will work closely with site engineers on ongoing engineering projects focusing on process optimization and mechanical reliability at the Neville Island Plant.

Responsibilities
Campaign Analysis
Trial planning/analysis/reporting
Gathering data and proposing solutions to improve process performance
Root cause analysis on equipment failures
Training for operational planning
Day to day operations troubleshooting
Introduction to plan production processes and the required maintenance
Qualification
Required
All applicants must be authorized to work in the US
Candidates must be willing to comply with pre-employment testing
Working towards a bachelor's degree or higher in: Chemical Engineering or related field
Preferred
Punctual, reliable, detail-oriented, flexible, and adaptable to change
Self-motivated and able to acquire new skills quickly
Skilled in analyzing problems in a systematic and timely manner
Ability to look for creative ways in offering new approaches
Self-sufficient, self-motivated, and capable of multi-tasking
