Responsibilities
Set up and tear down event equipment such as tables, chairs, stages, tents, and signage
Greet and direct guests to designated areas, seating, or registration booths
Monitor crowd flow and enforce venue rules to ensure safety and order
Check tickets, passes, or IDs at entrances and access points
Provide general customer service and answer guest questions
Perform post-event clean-up and reset venue for next use
Qualification
Required
Event Staff experience preferred
Prior experience in events, customer service, or hospitality is a plus
Comfortable working in indoor/outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
Flexibility
Ability to follow instructions and adapt to last-minute changes
