$18/hr - $22/hrTom Wood Automotive is a family-owned and locally operated company that has been in business for over 50 years. They are currently searching for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to handle a variety of financial responsibilities and ensure accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day processes.
Responsibilities
Daily cash and check deposit
Daily credit card batch posting
Posting of incoming lender/bank funds
Generate monthly customer billing statements
Generate invoices upon customer request
Provide assistance to the account team with general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records
Collaborate with team members and other departments to support dealership operations as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in completing tasks
Dependable with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Basic office skills such as filing, printing, and scanning
Familiarity with basic account principles and practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable learning dealership-specific accounting software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members
