Lead the company's technology strategy and oversee the development and implementation of software solutions aligned with Zentrais' mission
Lead software development efforts
Design scalable system architecture
Manage product development lifecycles
Steer the company's IT strategies
Manage cross-functional technical projects
Collaborate closely with the leadership team to align technology with business goals
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Software Development, with a focus on scalable and secure system design
Proven experience in IT Strategy and high-level technology decision-making
Deep understanding of Architecture principles and ability to design innovative solutions
Demonstrated success in Product Development, including leading teams through the product lifecycle
Proficient in Project Management, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
Preferred
Experience with artificial intelligence/machine learning systems is a strong advantage
Familiarity with start-up environments and building scalable platforms is a plus
