Responsibilities

Operate the machine according to standard operating instructions (SOP)
Document and inspect quality of work per Quality Assurance Inspection Procedure (QAIP)
Use micrometers, height gauges, calipers, and comparators

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Extensive experience operating, setups, tool changes, etc
Understanding of shop math & blueprint reading/comprehension Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Ability to perform advanced quality inspections
Fluency in both verbal and written English

Preferred

SAP or Enterprise system knowledge
Computer proficiency and lean skills
Documented manufacturing education/training
