Responsibilities

The District Manager will direct and be responsible for the operation of multiple restaurants within the Birmingham, AL market
The District Manager must bring a smile and positive attitude to work on a daily basis
They must ensure customer satisfaction is consistently the top priority
The District Manager must know how to, and be passionate about, building strong effective teams and lead them towards a common goal
Ensure direct reports accomplish all required administrative responsibilities punctually and properly
The District Manager will manage the operational practices of all stores ensuring each run smoothly, exceeds health code standards and meets any budget and sales goals while complying with any marketing campaigns, promotions and community events

Required

This position requires a minimum of 3 years' experience as a District Manager

The District Manager should act as a 'brand ambassador' for our company at all times
