The role involves processing accounts receivable, lease administration, invoicing of tenants, and performing miscellaneous administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Process accounts receivable and deposit funds
Post receipts to the property management/accounting system
Create and post journal entries to adjust financial statements as needed
Enter tenant lease data into the property management/accounting system
Calculate and reconcile tenant CAM obligations
Work with property management staff to calculate and post accurate charges to tenants’ accounts
Communicate and interacts well with all levels of personnel including executives, attorneys, property management, and tenants
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of work experience in accounts receivable
Must possess excellent verbal communication skills
Candidate must be detail-oriented with good analytical skills
Well organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
Must be a team player with a positive attitude
Required knowledge of Accounting Software, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Minimum 5 years of work experience in property management, finance, accounting or business operations
Preferred
Experience in the Real Estate Property Management industry is preferred
Experience in the Property Management / Real Estate/ Construction and/or Legal fields a plus
Preferred knowledge of Real Page Property Management Software
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business preferred
