Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage sales pipelines, track client interactions, and analyze customer data
Identify new sales opportunities through lead generation and proactive outreach strategies
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to educate clients about product features and benefits
Conduct market research to stay informed about competitors, market trends, and customer preferences in the ceramic industry
Conduct market analysis, collect customer and market feedback, and address market-related issues
Manage client visits and provide on-site support to address questions and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Implement sales plans, achieve sales targets, manage sales contracts, and follow up on orders
Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement
