Responsibilities
Enter data into the system as events occur to provide real-time information regarding material status, finished goods on hand, and product shipments
Determine product identification, accuracy, and completeness of data and labeling requirements
Inspect loading operations to ensure compliance with shipping specifications and seal loaded truck doors
Direct the movement of incoming and outgoing shipping and receiving to designated storage and work areas
Track records of unfilled orders
Post weight and shipping charges
Prepare bills of lading
Qualification
Required
Ability to work from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Experience in entering data into systems for real-time information
Ability to determine product identification and accuracy of data
Experience in inspecting loading operations for compliance
Ability to direct movement of incoming and outgoing shipments
Experience in tracking records of unfilled orders
Ability to post weight and shipping charges
Experience in preparing bills of lading
