Confidential company is seeking a Residential Superintendent to oversee resident services and maintenance for occupied apartments and community grounds. The role involves responding to service requests, conducting inspections, and maintaining high standards for the community's appearance and safety.

Marketing & Advertising

Responsibilities

Respond to resident services requests and any additional requests by management for occupied apartments and community grounds

Provide excellent customer service

Establish priorities of service requests and apartment turnover schedules

Performs move-out inspections with a strong sense of materials and repairs necessary to deliver the new resident excellence

Proper work order completion utilizing the RealPage Mobile Facilities App

Conducts regular preventative maintenance inspections on items throughout the interior and exterior of the community

Maintain adequate quantities of supplies and equipment by submitting inventory requests

Cooperates with Inventory Specialist to ensure all warehouse rooms and storage/workshop area is current, stocked and organized

Keeps building grounds and common areas clean and in safe condition

Maintains company standards with all interior and exterior needs

Keeps entrances, walkways and stairways clear of ice, snow and debris

Ability to utilize email communication and the functions of RealPage Mobile Facilities App

Must be capable of safely using tools associated with the job

Experience in building trades in regards to repairs and replacement of specific trade material

Knowledge of building trades such as: electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry

Must be able to operate tools and equipment related to facility maintenance

Must be able to lift heavy items, kneel, crouch, maneuver in small spaces, climb stairs

Must have some of your own tools
