They are currently looking for a Financial Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer service at their Aurora Branch, assisting members with their financial needs and addressing any questions they may have.

Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service to all members
Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers
Educate members on our products and services
Open new accounts and assist with loan applications
Reconcile cash drawer daily
Address and resolve member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Adhere to procedures and protocols to maintain the security of member information and funds
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage challenging situations with professionalism
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Keen attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in cash handling
Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team
Preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Ability to become certified as a notary within 12 months
Previous experience in a credit union or banking setting
