Call Center Representative
Pride Healthcare LLP is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Professional to handle incoming and/or outgoing calls while delivering excellent customer support. The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities
Answer inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
Respond to customer questions, concerns, and complaints
Provide technical support and clear guidance as needed
Actively listen to customers to fully understand their needs and issues
Identify problems, analyze root causes, and deliver effective solutions
Accurately document interactions and follow up when required
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
Bilingual SPANISH (facility-specific requirement)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills
Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Comfortable with extensive phone work
Computer literate with the ability to navigate systems efficiently
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
