Responsibilities
Inspect assigned areas for maintenance needs and litter control
Perform tasks such as leaf removal, weeding, pruning, mowing, and string trimming
Engage in snow removal activities during winter months
Plant, deadhead, and thin plant materials as required
Conduct periodic fertilization and pre-emergent control under supervision
Collaborate with Landscape Technicians on group projects
Mow, edge, fertilize, and water lawns to maintain healthy turf
Plant, prune, and trim trees, shrubs, and flowers
Remove weeds from gardens, flowerbeds, and landscaped areas
Clear leaves, litter, and debris from grounds and pathways
Operate equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers safely
Qualification
Required
Experience in groundskeeping and general labor
Ability to perform physical work, lifting up to 50 lbs
Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including rain, shine, or snow
Preferred
Preferred verifiable experience in lawn care or gardening
