Responsibilities

Identifies opportunities and creates team performance strategy by assessing team dynamics; builds team capability, consults on strategies to build high-performing teams
Enables talent effectiveness by coaching leaders and professionals using growth mindset principles and partners with leaders, including senior leaders, to address performance concerns with urgency
Leads the successful implementation of all PRO-related programs, initiatives and priorities
Partners with COEs in a feedback loop to identify and review organizational opportunities to implement and improve culture, health, and engagement within teams
Assesses team needs and analyzes relevant qualitative and quantitative data and insights to provide recommendations for strategic alignment within teams that drive partner engagement and retention, and align to business strategies and initiatives
Acts as an up-to-date HR expert to influence leaders, guide teams, and reduce risk
Routinely gains insights and feedback through shoulder-to-shoulder work through venues such as skip levels, team meetings and roundtables, and appropriately addresses opportunities with immediacy
Develops and leads a holistic talent plan so leaders have a clear talent plan focused on talent management, succession planning, building and developing talent, and identifying strategies for closing capability gap. Facilitates talent discussions that will elevate the capability of partners
Forecasts talent supply/demand, identifies workforce trends that may impact org health, and develops solutions to achieve talent plans
Leads leadership team effectiveness consultation, assessment, diagnosis and appropriately implements team performance interventions
Partners in the design, implementation and change management of organizational structures that support business strategy and growth
Is an approachable, unbiased resource for all levels and facilitates two-way dialogue
Ensures appropriate escalation, decision making, partner care, and risk mitigation related to partner care, crisis management, partner relations and labor relation matters
Leads change and works with leaders to build their capability to drive broad behavioral shifts using change tools and resources
Partners with leaders to build capability in implementing PRO initiative
Connect/mentor with other PRO partners or COEs who are looking to grow their skills in how to become PRO business partners

Qualification

Preferred

6 years of human resource experience including supporting senior leadership
3+ years human resource experience in a large, matrixed high-paced, technology organization
Education - Bachelor's Degree focused on human resources and/or business administration. PHR/SPHR or equivalent is a plus
Experience in dealing with ambiguous situations and challenges each and every day in a fast-moving, fast-paced environment
Flexibility to meet the demands of supporting global partners around the world
Willingness to seek to understand cultural nuances in other countries to drive the business forward
Ability to connect quickly with all levels of leaders and influence positive outcomes that drive results
Ability to work independently and make confident decisions without all needed and necessary information
Experience leveraging existing resources to create new and improved processes and systems to support new unique business units
