Responsibilities

Establish and maintain program management processes across the full project lifecycle, including scope management, quality standards, performance measurement, and risk mitigation across multiple initiatives
Build and manage integrated project plans, timelines, RACI matrices, trackers, documentation, and communication artifacts to ensure clarity and accountability
Partner with internal teams, agencies, and production partners to deliver scalable, high-quality web experiences that support business objectives
Identify, manage, and resolve cross-program dependencies, risks, and issues across teams and workstreams
Drive continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline planning, execution, and reporting using AI-powered tools and automation (e.g., workflow optimization, forecasting, capacity planning, and insights generation)
Help evolve how the team works by piloting and scaling new tools, systems, and operating models that improve speed, quality, and consistency
Adapt to changing priorities and requirements with minimal disruption to timelines and delivery
Execute tactical initiatives informed by site performance data, experimentation insights, marketing technology capabilities, and industry best practices

Required

4+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within web marketing, digital, or technology-driven environments
Strong understanding of web best practices, optimization, and end-to-end multi-channel marketing execution
Demonstrated experience improving team operations, workflows, and delivery models at scale
Proven ability to manage multiple high-visibility initiatives simultaneously, balancing prioritization, execution, and stakeholder alignment
Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience navigating complex cross-functional environments and resolving conflict while maintaining momentum
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage with technical partners and understand emerging technologies
