Responsibilities
Welcoming and assisting visitors at the front desk
Handling ticket and membership sales
Answering inquiries in person or over the phone
Providing information about exhibits, programs, and events
Help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for visitors
Assist with basic administrative and operational duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally with visitors of all ages and backgrounds
Basic cash handling, ticketing, and data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to provide clear information and respond to inquiries
Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment and solve problems promptly and efficiently
Preferred
Knowledge of or interest in education, history, or museums is a plus
Experience in a front-facing role, such as retail or guest services, is preferred but not required
