Responsibilities
Operate a forklift to move, stage, and organize materials
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Assist with general warehouse tasks including inventory organization and order prep
Prepare paperwork such as packing slips and shipment documentation (training provided)
Communicate with team members and carriers via phone or email as needed
Support Shipping & Receiving functions as part of cross-training
Qualification
Required
Forklift experience (required)
General warehouse or manufacturing experience
Comfortable with physical work, including lifting 30–50 lbs and being on your feet throughout the day
Basic computer skills (able to navigate systems, enter data, and learn new software)
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
